� Be it resolved hy the City Council vf the City of Lyn-
a�ood, California, as follows:
w'HEREAS, the City Council of the Cit,, of Lynwood has

Clerk of said City is hereb,y autho.r�zed to attest said

escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
