THEREIN..
Be it resolved by the City CouncSl oP the Gity of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6th day of June_ , 1944 .ac-
cepted the affer of Harry J. Jevas and Clara Jevas, �
husband and vrife as Joir.t Tenants, �
for the purchase of all of the right,'title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lyi�ig within
�aid City; �
NOW, THEREFORE,.the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resoloe, dete:mine and order as follows;•
Section l. That the Gity of Lynwood shaZl convey to
the said Harry J. Jevas and Clara Jevas, hueband and wife
as �oint tenants,
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to eonditions,
restrictions,. reservations and easements of record.
That the City ahal-I c�nvey to�said purchaser no other
or greater title to said Iands than has been acquired by
sAid City,.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Four Hundred and no/100 Dollars--------4$400.00)
the Mayor. of the City of Lynwood ia herehy auth�
orized and d3r,ected to execute & deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described eonvsyi'ng the same as above
specified to FIarry J. Jevas and Clara Jevas, husband and wife
as ,Joint tenanta: ,�

Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed.and to af.fix the City se�l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City Lynwood: .

on behalf of said Clty, are nereby authorized to �ign any
escrow a�reement necessary to complete the transfer of said
land.s.
Section 4: That the City Clerk oi. said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to.the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of L,ynv!ood, as soon as, or upon c.on-
dit9,on that the said consideration shall have been paid to �
