AND AUTHOr�I'LING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED

Be it resolved.b;� the C�ty Councll bf the City of Lyn-•
wood, California, as follows::
WHERF.FiS,. the City Council of tne City of Lynwood has-
here�ofore,. on the 2n�_ day of P,tarch ,. I94 3 ac-.
. cepted the offer of PJ1114am H. �Pebb and Patricia A. Webb,
husband and wife as Joint Tensnts,
for the purchase of all of the right, title'and interest of
the City of Lynwood�in and to certain lands lxing within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE,.. the City Council of the�'City of Lyn'-
wood does hereby.resolve,.determine and order as follbws:
Section 1, . That the.Ci.ty of Lynwood shall convey to
the said William H. �Vebb and Patricia A. 4Yebb, husband
and ��rife as Joint Tenants�
said property hereinafter &escribed, sub3ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been,acquSred by
said City.
Section 2. Tf�at upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars=----($750.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of con'veyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveyi'ng.the same as above
specifted to William H. Webb and Patricia A. Webb, husband
and wife as Joint Tenants.

Clerk of said City i� hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City se�1 of t�e City of Lynwood

escrow a�;reement necess.ary to complete the transfer,of said
lands.

ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
beh�:,lf of the said Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that tlie said consideration shall have been paid to
said. City.'
