AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE R, (RESERVED PARKING AREAS,)
SCHEDULE N, (PARKING METER ZONES), AND SCHEDULE V, (DISABLED PARKING
SPACES), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO THE 300
BLOCK OF WEST MCCARTY STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401,(Streets and Highways),Schedule R,(Reserved Parking
Areas,) Subparagraph (3), (POLICE BUSINESS PARKING.) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended, by the addition and deletion of portions of the 300
block of West McCarty Street, as follows:
SCHEDULE R.RESERVED PARKING AREAS
• McCarly Strect: one 20 foot space being west of a pnbd 235 feet west of the.rest curb line of
Broadway Street for the use of lbe Cnpitol Police.
Section 2. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule N, (Parking Meter
Zones), subparagraph f(PARKING METER ZONE F. TWO HOUR LIMIT), of the Code of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, Is hereby by the addition of a portion of the 300 block of
West McCarty Street, as follows:
SCI IEDULE N.PARKING METER ZONES
(0 PARKING METER ZONE F.TWO HOUR LIMIT.
McCarty Street West:300 block thereof.
Section 3. Section 19-401,(Streets and Highways), Schedule V, (Disabled Parking
Sgaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby by the addition of a
portion of the 300 block of West McCarty Street, as follows:

McCarty Street West:an the north side of the 300 block thereof,one 20 ft,space extending west from
a point 260 feel of the west curb line of Broadway Street.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of Its passage and approval.
