AND AUTHQRIZING 1^HE EXECUTION UF A DEED

THEREIN.
Be it reso.lved by the City Council o." the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
CJHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the _6th day of June , 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Lewia Pdusumeci and h4ar,y Musumeci, husband
and wife as ,Joint tenants,
for the purchase of all of the right, tltle and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
sald City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Clty of Lyn-,
wood does hereby resolo.e, dete:mine and order as fol3ows:
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Lewis r�uaumeci and A�lary iNuaumeci, huaband
and wife as 3oint tenants,
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictiom5, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater titie to-said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Three Hundred and no/100 Dollars-------(�300.00)
• the Mayor of the City of,Lq.nwood.is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of eonveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conueying �the same as �bove
specified to Lewls MLisumeci and Mary btusumeci, .huaband and
wife as ,Joint tenants.

' C1erk of said City is hereby authorized to attest aaid

, deed and to aff3x the City seal of the City of Lynv�ood ,
thereto, an behalf of the sai,d City of L�'m��ood.
Section 3. mhat the IVIayor and�City Cierk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any .
escrow agreement neceseary to bomplete the.transfer of said
lands.

Section 4. That the.City Clerk of said City is author-
12ed to deliver said deed to the grantee therein nrjmed, on
behalf of the said City of Lynv�.�ood, as soon as, or upon oon-
dition that the said consideration sha.11 have been paid to
said City.
' Section.5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follbws, to witt
Lots 21 and 22, Block o, Mod,Jeska Park, a.s per map
� secorded in Book 9, pages 142 and 143 of Maps, �
" Records of Los Angelea County, California. �
