UPON PAYP�lENT OF TnE CONSIDE�ITION NAjuSED .

, Be it resolved i�y the City Council of the City of Lyn-
ulood, California, as follows:
VJHEREAS, the City Council of the CiT,y of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the lst day of Februa� , 194 4 ac�
cepted t�e offer of R4rs. Isle Hopkina
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the C�ty of Lyn�aood in and to certain lands lying withi�n
, sald City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Ci,ty of Lyn-
wood does hereby resoloe, dete.mine and order as foZlows:
5ection`l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said I�rs. Isle Hopkins �
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record. ,'
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired.by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to.the City of Lynwood of
the sum of One Hundred Twenty-flve and noj100 Dollara (�12.5.00)
the Mayor af the City.of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and'directed to execute a°deed of conv,eyanee of.cer-
' tain land hereinafter described, co.nveying the same as above
speclfied to Mrs. Iale Hopkins.

Section 3. That the IuSayor and City Cierk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby au�horized to sign any ,
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behal£ of the said Citv of Lyn��ood, as soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wits
Lot 55, Tract 5259, as per map recorded in Book
� ,
Page 45, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
