RESOLUTION SFLLiNG CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHOitI'LING i'HE EXECU.TEON OF A DEED
UPON PAYNiEPJT OF THE CONSIDERATiON NAMED �
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the _6th day of June , 194 4 ac-
cepted the;offer of Fred J. Davies and Mariam Davies,
husband and wife as ,Joint tenants,
for the.purchase of all of the right, �title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
sald City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wo.od does hereby resoloe., determine and order as follows.:
Section l. That Lhe City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Fred J. Davies and P;T2.riam Davies, husband and
wife as ,)oint tenants,

said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictiona, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purcha�er no other
or greater title to said lande than has been acquired by
Said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Three Hundred and nof100 Dollars--------(�p"300.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a de.ed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, convsying the same aa above
, specified to Fred J. Davies and i�larlam Davies, huaband and

Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to,attest said
deed and to ��ffix the City seal of the Cit,y of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said•City of Lyn��oodi '

escrow a�;reement.neces�ary to complete the transfer of said

dition that tlie s�id consideration shall have been paid to .
