Be it resolved by the Gity Council of the City of Lyn- �
wood, California,.as follows:
Wl the City Council of the City. of Lynwood has
heretofore; on the ��_ day of June , 1944. ac-
cepted the offer of Elmer Luther and A4rs. Virginia Luther,
husband and wife es ,�oint tenants,
for the purcYiase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City oP Lyn�+�ood in and to certain lands lying within
sald Clty;
NOW, THEREF'ORE, the City CounciT of the City of Lyn=

5ection 1 TFiat the` City'-'oFP Lynwood,shall convey to
the said Elmer Luther a.nd PLrs. Virginia Luther, husband
and wife as �oint tenanta,
said property hereinafter described, subJect to conditions,
