RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIPI REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHOkIZING THE �XECU^1ION OF � DEF:ll
UPON PAY6�iEP:T OF THE CONSIDF.'FtATIOIv NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood haa
heretofore, on the 15th day of June , 194 4 ac-
cepted the oPfer of Arthur C. Vdright, a married man,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within �
said City;
NOW, THE the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. Wright, a married man,
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictiona, recervations and easements of record.'
That the City ahall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
sald City,
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Four Thousand Seventy-five and no�100 Dollare
(�4,075.00)the Mayor of the City of L,ynwood 1s hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer--
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the sAme as above
specified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man,

on behalf of the �aid Cjty of Lynwood, an� that the Cit;;
Clerk of said City i� hc�reb,y authorized to attest said
deed and to affiz the City seal of the City oP Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of I,ynwood.

.Secticn 3. That the Ivlayor and City Clerk of said City,
on bFha.lf of.said City, are hereby authorized to eign any
escrow agreement nece,�sary to complete the tranafer of eajd
lc�nda. .

ized to deliver s�id 3eed to the grantee therein named, on "
behalf of the said City of,Lynv!ood, as aoon.as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shell have been paid to
said city.
