A RESOLUTION OF TkE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
� CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
� FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEE➢ED
" REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council.of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows: `
That the City of Lynwood, California desires tp sell
the City-owned ta:c deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and 11qui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes �nd assessment en-
: cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEkEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of
Alberta Viola Mack
now on file with the Gity Clerk o£ the City of Lynwood, wherein
� the bidder offers to nurchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the'partial payment plan and which bid was in all
r"espects made in accordance ti�!ith the provisions of Resolution No..
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid uwas publicly opened by
the-City Clerk at a=� -- regular meeting of the City Council,
upon the 20th day of June _! 194 4, is the highest and .
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to wit:
Lots 53 and 54, Blocli 5, L��iod,Jeska Park, as per n�ap
recorded in Book 9, pa�;e 142 and 143 nRaps, F.ecords
of Los Angeles County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �400.00 , Payable $40.00 accom�
panying bid, and �30,00 per month until ft�lly paid,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interest
of the people of the CitY of Lynvaood, Galifornia, to sell said
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid: •
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the nQayor and City C1erk
of the City of Lynwood, California are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood;
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with a.nd by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
