THEREIN.
Be it resolved hy tkie City Councll of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WFiF.REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the _28th day of Jupe _, 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Wright, a married man,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City oP Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; '
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to ,
� the said Arthur C. Wright, a married man,
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to condltions,
restrictions, re�ervations and easements of record.
That the City ahall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynv��ood of
\ the sum of Three Thousand Four Hundred T4�:enty-five and no/100 Dollera
� ��3,425,00) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveya.nce of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveyin� the same as above
specified to Arthur C. 'vVright, a married man,

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, that the Cit��
blerk of said Citq is authorized to attes't sald
. deed and to afP1x �he City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on beYial of the said City of Lyna�ood. ,

Section 3.` That the Mayor xnd City Clerk af said Cit,y,
on behalf of said City> are hereby authorized to sign any
e�crow a�reement necessary to complete the transfer of said
'iands.
Section �4. That the City Clerk of said City is author— .
ized to deliver sald deed to the grantee therein named, on
beha2f of the said City of Lynu�ood, as soon as, or upon con—
dition that the said considercztion shall have been paid to
said Ci ty, �
