THEREIN.
Be it resolved hy tlie City Council of the C1ty of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Covncil of the City of Lynwood has
. heretofore, on the _ 28th day of June _, 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Plright, a married man,
E for the purcluase of all of the right, tltle and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certaln lands lying within
eaid City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn- �
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
- Sectibn l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. Wright, a married man,
said property herelnaf�ter deacribed, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictiona, reservations and easements of recprd.
That the City shall aonvey to said purchaser no other
or grea.ter title to said lands than has been acquired by
eaid City.
Section 2. _That upon payment to the City of Lynwrood of
th"e sum of Two Thousa Two Hundred and no/100 Dollare (�2,200.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter'described, conveying the same as above
specified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man,

on beh�lf of the caid City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City seul of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynxrood.
Secticn 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said Cit,y,
on behalf of sald City, are hereby authorized to �ign any
escrow a�;reement necessary to complete the transfer of ssid
lr�ndc,
� 5ection 4. '?'hat the City C1erk of said City 1s author- �
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon eon-
diti.on that x2ie sAid consideration sh�ll �ave been paid to
sai�l C:t ty.
' 8ection 5. The'property conveyed by th�s agreement is
described as follov�s, to wits

22; Lot 1341; 'Eract 3351, as per map recorded in Book 37, Page
2; Lots 22, 23, 42 and 43, Block 3, Mod,jeska Park, as per map
� recorded in Book 9, Pagee 142 and 143; Lots 32, 33 and 117,
Tract 921, as per map recorded in Book 18, Pages 106 and 107,
of P9aps, Records of Los An�eleeCount,y, California.
