I � I q21- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO EXCHANGE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY. WHEREAS, the City of Jefferson has certain property along Edgewood Avenue which it owns in fee simple; and, WHEREAS, the City and the adjacent property owner wish to exchange certain portions of the property so as to better accommodate the intended uses of both owners; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a special warranty deed transferring the parcels and easements listed In Attachment A to ROGO • Development in exchange for the properties and easements listed in Attachment B. Sec ion 2. Said Special Warranty Deed shall conform to the requirements of this ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect from and after the date of Its passage and approval.
