RESOLUTION S�LLING CERTAIP� REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZINU THE GXEGUTION OF A DEEll
UPON PAYIvIEIdT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREI N.
Be it resolved hy the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 20th day of June , 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Victor H. Limber and Ednah A. Limber,
husband and wiPe as ,joint tenants,
for the purchase oP all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain landa lying within
said City; _
NOW, THE;REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
, wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the Gity of Lynwood shall convey to �
the said Victor H. Limber and Ednah A. Limber, husband and
�vife as Soint tenants,

saSd property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to sa3d purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
� sai& City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynvaood of
the sum of Eight Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�800.00)
the Mayor of the City o£ Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
,
specifled to Victor H. Limber and Ednah 9. Limber, husband and
wife as ,joint tenanta,

Clerk of said City ie hereby authorize3 to Attest eaid

Secticn 3. Th�t the Ivla,yor and Citv Clerk of said C.i.ty,
on beha.lf of said City, are hereby authorized to eign any
eacrow agreement necessnry to complete the transfer of said
