Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
R'HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 16th day of l�arch _, 194" ac=
cepted�the offer of Albert M. Williame and Aletha M.

for the pur,cYu�se of all of the rlght, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
eald Gity;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section L' That the City of Lymvood shal.l convey to
the said Albert M. Wllliams and Aletha M. Williame,

said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions;
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City sha11 convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
s�zid City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of iynwood of
the sum of Three Hunflred Fifty and No/100the Dollara
(�350.00) the P�Iayo�° ef the C+_ty of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orl�ed and dir�.^,t�3 *:o zxc-cute a deed of conveyarce of cer-

on behalf of'the said City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the'City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto,,on beha.lf of the said City of Lynwbod.
Section 3. That the MAyor and City Clerk of said City,
' on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands. •
• Section 4, That the City Clerk of said City is author-
� ized to dellver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the sai-d consideration shall have been pald to
' said City.
' Section 5. The property conyeyed by this agreement is
