THEREIN.
Be.it resolved .by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
Nfoo3, California, as follows:
� WHEREAS,, the City'Council of the City of i,ynwood has
heretofore, on the _2nd. d�y of _ March ; 194 3 ac-
cepted the offer of Jamee Eromo and Dorothy M. Eromo
f'or the purchase of all of The right, title and interest oP
the City.of Lj�nwood in and to certain lands ZY�I1�' within

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
tivoocl does hereby reso].ve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said James Eromo and Dorothy T?,. Eromo, husband and
wiYe as ,Joint tenanta
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictlon�', reservations an3 easements of record,
That the City snall�convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than Iias been acquired by
` said City,
Section 2., That upon payment to the City of Lynaiooa.of
�he sum of Three Hundred and no/100tha Dollars (�300.00)
the i�4ayor o.f'�.the City. of Lynwood is hereby,.' auth-
orized and direated to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described,�conueying the same as above
specified to James Eromo and Dorothy M, Eromo

, Clerk of said City is hereb,y author�zed �o attest said
deed and to affix the City :,e�l of tre City of Lynwcod

Secticn 3. That the Ivlayor �znd City Clerk of said Cit,y,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
� Seetion 4. That the City Clerk of said Clty is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said Ci ty, '

described as follows, to wlt: '
