Be it resolved '�y the City Council of the City of Lyn-
woo3, California, as follovas:
' 65'HEREAS, the City Council;of the City of Lpnwood has

cepted the offer of Charlea A, xuby an3 Minnie C. Ruby
for the purch�se of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said Cit,y;
NOLN, THE'REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby re�ol.ve, dete:mine and order. as follows;.
Section lo That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Charles A. Ruby and Minnie C, xuby, husband and
wiPe as �oint tenante
said property hereinafte^ described, sub,]ect to eonditions,
restrictions, recervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2., That upon payment to the City of Lynwood:of
the sum of F1ve Hundred Fifty and no�l00ths Dollars
(�550.00) the P�4ayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
- ori2ed and directed to execuCe 2, deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described,. conveying Lhe.�ame as above
specif3ed to Charles A. Ruby and Minnie C. Ruby

Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.

ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
