for the purch�se of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of LynY in and to certain lands lying within
said Gity;
, PdOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
rvood doe� Hereby resoloe, d.ete:mine and order as follows:
Seetion 1. Tnat the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said 0. H. Schoenberger � �.
said property Piereinafter described, sub,ject �to condltions,
restrictions, xeservations and easements of recorc}.
' That the City snall convey to s�id purchaser no other
or greater title to �aid lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment Eo the City of LynN�ood of
the sum of Four Hundred Fifty and no�l00ths Dollara
(�450.00) the I�4ayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to e:cecute a deed of conveyance pf cer--. -.
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to 0. H. Schoenberger

on behalf of the said City oP Lynu=ood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to afflx the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Sect.ion 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con=
dition �that the said consideration sha.11 have been paid to
said City. �
' Section 5. The p.roperty conveyed by this agreement is
described ns follows, to wit;
Lot 220, Tract 2551, as per map recorded in '
Book 24, Pagea 78, 79, and 80 oF Mapa, Recorde
of Los Angeles County, CaliPornia.
