Section l. That the City of Lynwood sha]3 convey to

and wife as Joint tenants
said property hereina#'ter deser4bec3, sub�ect ta oonditions,
restrictions, reser'vations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said puxchaser no other
or grea�e� title to said Iands.than has been acquired:by
said City,
