THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Councii of the City of'Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has

cepted the offer of VV117.iam J. Heed and Joaephine Head
for the rourch.�se of all of the right, t�tle and interest oY
the Cit,y af .L;�nti•!oo3 in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE'REFORE, Lhe City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby reaolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall eonvey to
the said Plilliem J. Head and Josephine Head, husba.nd and
�vife as ,joint tenants
said prope�ty hereinafte: described, sub,ject to conditions,
restriction3, reservations and ea.sements,of record.
° That the City a�all convey to said purchaser no obher
or greater title to said lands than �!as been acquired by
said City„ '
Section 2, Tha.t upon payment to the City of i,yna,00d of
the sum of Four Hundred No/One-hundredths Dollars
(�400.00) the Mayor of the City of I�ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and direated'to execute a'deed of conveyan�e:of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to William J. Head and. Josephine Head
