u�ood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Citq"of Lyilwood has
heretofore, on the 16th day of November _, 194 3 ao- .
cepted the offer of G. 'N. Clouse or W. E. Clouse
for the purchase of alI of the right, title and interest o�
the City of Lymvood in and to certain lands lying withiYi
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resol�re, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City oP Lynwood shall corivey to I�

tain land herelhaf.ter described, conveying the same as above
