Be 3t reso3ved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, Califp�nia, as follows:
WHEREAS� the Cit� Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 2nd day of November , 194 3 ac-
cepted the qffer of George R. Wood and Tillie Wood
for the purchase of all of the right, title.and interest of
the City oP Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
sald City;
NOW, THE;REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wo0d.does hereby resolve, de.termine and order as fol3ows:
Seotion 1, That the City of Lynwood sha13 convey to
the said George R. Wood and Tillie Wood, husband and
wife ae �oint tenanta
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record
That the City shall congey to said purohaser no other
or greater title to said lands tl;an has been acquire@ by
said City�
Section 2. That upoM payment to the City of I,ynwood of
the sum oY One Thousand Four Hund.red and No/100ths Dollara
(�1,400.00) ths Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
oriyed and directed CQ execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain 1an,d her�inafter described con�reying the same as above
specifiec3 to George R, Wood and Tillie Wood

on behalf of the s�id City of Lyriwpod, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the�City seal of the City oP Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of I;ynwood,
Sectlon 3..�.,.mhat.the-Mayor and Ci.ty Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to �ign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. `Ph�t:the Ci�y Clerk oi said City i� author-
ized to deliver �aid deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the sAid Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon con-
diti.on that tlie said consideration sha7T have been paid to
said City,
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as'follouv�� to wit:
Lot 543, Tract 2551, as per map recorded in
Book 24, Pagea 78, 79 and 80,_of biapa, Records
of Los Angelea County, California.
