THEREIN,
Be it resolyed by the City Counoil of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follo�vs:
tNHEREAS, the .City Councll of the City oF Lynwood has
heretofore, on the i5th day of Februar�_, 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of gequoia lnvestment Corporation .
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynw!oo3 in and to certain lands lying within
said City; ,
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Councll oP the C1ty of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section l: That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said 3equoia lnvestment Corporation
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to eonditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements oP record, and
sub�ect to assesaments and bonds of record,
That the City shall convey to sAid purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said� City,
Section 2.. That upon payment to the City of I;ynwood of
the sum of Two Hundred Five and Four�One-hundredths Dollare
(�205.04) the Mayor of the City of'Lynwood is hereby auth
orize"d and directed to execute a deed_of conveyanee of c�r-
tain land hereinafter described,.conveying the same as above
, specified to' Bequoia lnveatment Corporation

On behalf of the caid Ci.ty of Lynwood, and that the City
CTerk of said City.is hereby. authorized to attest said
deed and to af.fix.the G3ty seal of the City of Lynwood
' thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lyn�n�ood.
Sectien 3. That the Nlayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of s�:id City, are hei•eby authorized to sign any,
escr.ow agreement necessary to coinplete the transfer of said
lands. '
