Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California,:,as follo�a�s:.
W'HER.EAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood.has
heretofore, on the �5 day of _ F�br�arv _,., 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Wright, a married man
for the purchase of all of the right,. title and interest of
. the Cit,y of Lynwoo3 in and to certain lands lying within
said.City;
NOW, THE:RFFORE, the.City Council of the City of Lyn-
wo0d doe� hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. Tnat the City of T,ynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur C, Wright, a raarried man
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and ea.sements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands tY:an has been acquired py
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the.Ciby.of Lyn+r�ood of �
the sum of " Four Hundred FlPty and No/100tha Dollara
(�450.00) tne Mayor of �the City. of Lynwood is hereby auth-.. .
orized and directed to execute.a deed of..conveyance of cEr-
tain land hereinafter described,..conveying the same as above
specified to Arthur C. Wright
