THEREIN.
Be i.t resolved by the Qity Council of the City of'Lyn-
wood, Californir�, as fol•lows:
WHEREAS, the City Council o�' the City of.Lynwood has
here•tofore, on the ��� d�ay of _ March , 194� ac-
cepted the offer Of gank of America, National Trust
and Savinos Association
for the purchase of all of the.right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certai lands iying within
said City;
NO.W, THEREFORE, �he City Council of the City of Lyn-
woo does hereby resolve,,- dete:mine and order aS follows.:
5eetion 3.. That the Ci.ty o;f Lynwood shall convey to
the said, � gank of America, Na.tional Trust and Savinga
Aesociation
said�property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to c.onditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or, greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City, of Lynvtood of
the sum of Eight Hundred Seventy ancl No/100ths Dollars
(�870.00) the Mayor o€ the City of Ly,nwood is hereby auth�
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance bf cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveyi'ng the same as above
spec3fied to Bank of America, National Trust and Savinga
Association

on behalf of the ��1� C.ity of Lynwooq, and that the City ,
Clerk of said City.i� hereby,authorized�to attest said
deed and to �ffik the City se�.l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the.said City of Lym��ood,

escrow agreement necess:ary tq complete the transfer of said

Section 4. 'Phat the City Clerk oi said Clty 1� author-
ized to deliver s�id deed to the grantee therein named, on
beh�ilf of the said Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon oon-
dltion that tlle said conslderation shall have'been paid to
said City,
' Section 5, The property conveyed by this agreenient is

Los 142, 143 and 144, Tract 5632, as per map
recorded in Book 80, Page 50 of Pdaps, Record�
of Los An�elea County, California.
