Bs it resolved by the City Council of the City of'Lyn-
wood, California, as follov,s: �
WHEREAS,.. the City Cowicil of th2 City. of Lynwood ha�s
heretofore, on tYie 1Fyh day of P.4a��_„ 39�� ac-
cepted the offer of HaroJ_d. S. Svenaon and Druzel.la
Svenson
for the purchase of all of the right,.title and interest of
the Cit,y of Lynt+�oo3 in and to certain lands lying� within
said City;.
NOW, THz'HrFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
tivood doea hereby resolve; dete:mine and order as follows:`
Section 1.. That tYie City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Harold S, Svenson and Druzella Svenaon, husband
and wife as �oint tenants
sai& property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,,
restrictions, reservations an3 easements of record..
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynv�rood of
the sum of Three Hundred and No�l00ths Dolla.rs (�300.00)
the Mayor of. the City of Lynwood Ss hereby auth=
orized and directed'to execute a cleed of;conveyance of c'er-
tain land herei'nafter described, conveyi�ng the same as above
specified t'o Harold S, Svenson and Druzella Svenaon

on behalf of;the said Ci.ty of Lynu�ood, and that the City
Clerk df said City is hereby authoxized to attest said
deed and to affix the CTty see.l of the.City of Lynwood
thereto, on UeYialf of the st�id City of Lynv�rood,

on behalf of said City, are hereb� autYiorized to Nign any
escrow agreement neces�ary to complete the transfer of said

Section 4, That the Ci�y Clerk oP said City is author-
ized to dellver said deed to the �rc�nte� therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lym�+ood, as soon as, or upon con--
dition that tlle se.id consideration sha.11 have been paid`to
