Be it resolved by the City Council.of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follo��as:
WHEREAS,.the City Council of tne City of Lynwood has
heretoPore, on r,�1e 16th day of PAerch , 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Louis Borie and Mollie Borie
for the purclk�se of all of the right, title.and interest of
the City of L;�n�!oo3 in and to certain lands lying within •
sald City;
NOW, THEREF.ORE, the City Counci7 of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, @ete:mine and order as.follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the sald Louis Borie end Mollie Bo^ie, husband and wife
as �oint tenanta
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions
restrictiohs, receryations and easements of record.
That 'the City snall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of LynUiood of
. the sum of Three Hundred Fifty and No/100ths Dollars
(�350.00) the 1L4ayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter desarlbed conyeying the same as above
specified to Loiiis Borie and rdollie Borie

Glerk of said City is hereby authorize3 to attest said
deed and to <�ffix the �ity se�l of'the City of Lynwood

escrow a�;reement neces�ary to complete the transfer of said
