Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
µtoofl, CaliYornia, as Pollowsa.
WHEREAS, the,City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the i4th day of October_____s �943 ac-

Sneddon
f`Or the purcY�ase of all of the right, title and interest.of
the City of Lynwood �.n and to Certain lands lying w3thin
said- City; . •
NOW, ,THEREFORE, the City Council of the Eity of Lyn-
�vood does hereby resoloei determine.anfl order as,follows:
Sectlon l,, That the City of,Lynwood shall convey to
the said Thomas G. Sneddon and ifatherine Sneddon, huaba.nd
and wife as Joint tenanta
s�id property hereinafter described�, sub,ject to canditions,
restriictiohs, reservations and easemen�s of record..
Tha.t the City shall conVey to said purchaser no�other
or. greater title to said lands than has i�een acqulred by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City nf Lynurood of
the sum of Seven Hund..red Fifty and No/100ths Dollars
(�750.00) the Mayor bf the City_of Lynwood Ss hereby auth-
ori�ed and directed to exeeute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafYer descril5eds conveying the same as above
specified to_ Thomas G. Sneddon and Katherine Sneddon

C1erk of said City.is hereby> authorized�to attest �aid
deed and to r�ffix the City 'se11 of t!:e Gity of Lynwood

on behalf of sa.id Ci_ty, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
land.s.
