iHEREIN.
Be it resolved hy the City Council of the City of Lyn- -
�iood, California, as follows: _
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit;� of Lynwood has
heretofore, on tYie i�� day of _ IvIaY , 1943 ac-
cepted the offer of L. Alvin Clouse and Cladys Clouae
for the purch3se of all of the right, title and interest of
the Cit,y of Lynr�ioo3 in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE;REFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood�does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section I. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said L. Alvin Clouse and Gladys Clovse, husband and
wife as ,joint tenants
• saSd property hereinafter de�cribed, subject to conditions,
restrictions, recervation� and ea:sements of record.
That the City �shall convey to said purcha�er.no other
or greater title to said lands tran has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the Cit,y of Lynwood of
the sum of One Htindred Twenty-five and No/100ths Dollars
(�125.00) the Mayor of the Clty of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute � deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the �ame as above '
speci£ied to L. A1vin Clouse and Gladya Clouse

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the City
Cle.rk of said City is hereby authorized to attest.eaid
deed,and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood

. Secticn.3.. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City;
on brHalf-of said City,:�re hereby a�.athorized to°sign any
eacrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer.of sa±d

Section 4.. Tiiat the Citiy Clerk oi said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the �rantee therein.named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynv�ood,.as soon as, or upon:con-
dition that the sai:d consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
