RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHO$I"LING THE EXECUTION OF A. DEEll

THEREIN.
Be 3t resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
v��ood, California, as follo�vs:
WHERE.�sS, the City Council of tne City of Lynwood has
- heretofore, on the 14th day of P.4arch - , 194,_, ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Nright, a married man
. for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of LynUiood in.and to certain lands lyirig;within
said City;

, NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete;mine and order as followss
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthvr C. �Vright, a married man
said property hereinafter described,• sub;ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the.City shall convey to said purchaser no o•ther
or greater title to.said lands than.has been.acqui�ed by
said City,
Sectiion 2. That.upon payment.to the City of Lynviood of
the sum of Ten and No/100ths Dollara ($�10.00)
the;Mayor,of the City of �,,ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed •to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereina#'ter, desoribed, conveyi:ng ,the same as above
speclfied to Arthur C.Wright, a narried man

Clerk of said City is her.eby authorized attest said ,
deed and to affix the City se�l of the City oP Lynwood
thereto,-on Uehalf of the said City of. Lynv�ood.

on bFhalf of. snia .City, are hereby authorized'to �ign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer. of said
lands.
Section 4. Ttiat the City Cle of said City is author-
ized to,deliver said deed to the grantee therein,named, on
behalf of the said"Citv of Lynv.�ood, as.soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall h�ve been paid to
said. Ci ty.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is

Lots 105, 106, 138, 139, 140, and 143, Tract 921
as per map recorded in Book 18, Pages 106 and 107
of I�aps, Records of Loe Angelea County, California,
