THEREIN.
$e it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn�
wood, California, as follows;
. VdHEREAS, the City Council of the City of L,vnwood has
i�eretofore, on the 7th day of March , 1944 ac-
cepted the offer oY Pete Page and Mary P. Page
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood and to certain iands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey_to
the said Pete Page and Mary P. Page, huaband and wiPe
ae ,Joint tenants
said proper�ty hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record,
That the City snall convey to said purchsser no other
or greater title to said lands than has besn acquired by
said City;
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Four Hundred Fifty and No/lOOths Dollare
(�450.00) the Mayor of the Ci.ty of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and direeted to execute a deed oP conve�ance of cer-
tain land herelnafter described, coriveySng the same as above
specified to Pete Page and ?dary P. Page

on behal� of �he,exid City:of Lynwpod, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City.seel of the City of Lqnwood
thereto, on'behalf of the said City of Lyn��ood.
Sectidn 3. That the Mayor and City C1erk of sald City,
on behalf of said City, ar.e hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete:the transfer of said
lands. '
Section 4� That the City Clerk oi said City i� author-
ized to deli.ver said�deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of tlie said Citv of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or. upon con-
dition that the said consideration sha.11 have.been paid to
saic� Ci ty, .
' Section 5. The property conveyed by tliis agreement is
described As follou`r�, .to wit.
Lots 39, 40, and 41, Block 20, Mod�eska Park, ae per
map recorded in Book 9, Page 142 and 143, of Mape,
Records of Los Angelea County, California.
