THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of tne
City of Lynwood tnat, under the provisions of Section 200
of tne Streets and Nigr,ways Code, the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated
for streets of ma,jor importance other tnar State YLightvays be
accuraulated for future expenditure,. and tha.t said agreement be
and the sane is hereby approved, and the mayor and_ the city
clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said city, sa.id
agreement to be binding upon the city upon its execution by tne
authorized officiale oP the State.
