THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City� of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 17t'r. day of August__, 194� ac-
cepted the offer of '
�Vm. G. Led_`ord and r.ssie P�iarie Ledford
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; � �
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order.as foliows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to

said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easemer�ts of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other

the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth- -

thereto, on behalf of the sa:d City o� L;;nvaood.
Section 3. That the Ivlayor and City Cierk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow e.greement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4, That the Gity Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said CiGv of Lynv��ood, as soon as, or upon con-
8ltion that the said consideration sha.11 have been paid to
said City,
