' RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAID? REAi ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE �XECUTION OF A DEED

THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
• wood, California, as followsf
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 17ih clay of August __� 194 3 ac-
. cepted the offer of

for the purchase of all,of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood Sn and to certain lands lying within
said C3ty;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall eonvey to
the sald

said property herelnafter described, subject to conditions
restrictions, re�ervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title. to said lands tharr has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of

the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-

Section 3. Tliat the Mayor and Cit�i Cierk of said City, �
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necess�ry to complete the transfer of said

ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
