AND'AUTHORIZINU THE EXECUTION OF A DE`r�D
UPON PAYIvIENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NANED
?HEREIN,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, Californla, as follows:
WHF.REAS, the City of the�City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on,the 6th day of April , 194 3 ac-
cepted the offer of��� � -- � �� �
Hoivard Fullertor. and NIarmaret Fullerton
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands.lying within
sald.City;
,NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-.
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
� Section l. That the City of Lynwqod shall convey to
the sa�d HOWaY'd Fullerton anc� P.�iargzret Fullerton, husband
and �vife as ,joint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,

restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to saSd purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said Clty�
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Six Hundred and No/One-Hundredths Dollars
the P,9ayor of the Cit;� of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orize,d and direeted to ex�cute a deed of conveyance of cer-
ta i:� land. her�i::a� ��� •LL :�cribed, conveying the same as above
sp�c'.fied to
on behalf Of the caid City of Lyr.u�ood, and tna� th� Ci�y
Clerk of said City is he.eb,y authur�zed to attest aaid
deed and to affix the City ;;ecl ef the C9T�� of Lynwcod
thereto, on behalf of the sa1.d City of L;,':�wood. �
Section 3. �'hat the Mayor and Cit�r Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to �ign any
escrow a�reement necess�ry to complete the transfer of said
,lands.
Section 4. 'Phat the City C2erk of said City is author-
ized to deliver sa.id deed to the �rantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City,
' Section 5, The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit;
Lot 828, ^ract 30'78 as.per map r°coicled in Book 31, Page 48
