Be it resolved by the City Counci.l of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 7tn_ day of S°P�embei_.,� 194_ ac-
cepted the offer of Abner Allen i"Tood anciBea�rice L R�ood
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 3. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
