WHEREAS, the City Council of tYie City^of Lynwood has .

the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within'

NOW, THEREFORE, the Gity Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
- -Section l, That the C3ty_of Lynwood shall corivey to
the said Otto Anderson and Louise Ancerson, husbar.d and
wife ns joint tenants ,
said property hereinafter described, sub3ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
I That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has.been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payinent to "the City of Lynwcod�of

Section 3. That the Ivlayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of seid City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4, 'Phat the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grAntee..therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lyn���ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the snid consideration sha.11 have been paid to
said City.
