THEREIN,
Be it resolved by tlie City Council of the City of L,vn-
wood, California; as follows:
WHFREAS, the City Council of the.City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 5th day of. October .,, 194 3 ac-

for the purchase of all.of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and.to certaim lands.lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
