RESOLUTION N0. 1802
A RESOLUTION OF ThE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNVJOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the Cjty-c�wned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax ro11s and 11qui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes �nd assessment en-�
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEREFORE BE IT'RESOLVED; that the written bid of
, R. F. Rodwell and Cornelia Rod�vell
now on file with the City Clerk.of the Gity of Lynwood,.�^aherein
the bidder offers to pu.rchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in alI
= respects made in accordance i+�ith the provisions of'Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and tivhich bid was publicly opened by
the Clty Clerk at a ad�ourned, remzlar meeting of the City Council,
upon the 14th day October ,_ 1943 , is the highest and
best bid for the sale of saSh cands. That said lands described
" in said bid are as follows, to ��it:.
Lot 496, Tract 2551, as per map recorded
in Book 24, Pagea 78 and 80, of Maps,.
Records of Los Angelea County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of,�750.00 , payable.�1 accom�
panying bid, and �1&2.50 per qus.rter, plus interest.

BE IT FURTHER r�ESOLVED, that it is for the best interesi
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said -
lands to said bldder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid;
N�W THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood, California are hereby expressly authorize3
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
