THEREIN;
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
U�ood, California, as follows: •
k'HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has .

for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood Sn and to certain Iands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follotivs:
Section l. That the City of Lyn�vood shall convey to
Lhe said Blanch Faught
said property hereinafter described, sub3ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record,
That the City shall convey to sai�d purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City. �
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Three Hundred and No/One-hundredths Dollars
($300.00) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and dirent'e3 Y,� ax,cute a deed of Conveyance of cefi-

on behalf of the said City-of Ly:.wood, and thAt the City
Clerk of said City 1s hereby autho.r�zed to attest said
` deed and to affix the Gity �e�l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of .the sa3d City of Lyn�rood.
Section 3, That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
o� behalf of said City, are hereb� authorized to sign any
escrow agTeement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said Citp is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grAntee therein named, on
beYialf of the said Citv of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con- ,
, dition that the saicl consideration shall have been paid to
said City, ,
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit; �
Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Mod�eska rark, as per map
