. Be it resolved by the City Council ef the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as foilows:
WHEREAS; the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the iat day of June __, 194 ac�
cepted the offer of Harry xichel
for the purchase of all of the rignt, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to ceriain lands lying within �
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn- "
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as fol.loivs:
Section 1. That the City of Lyn�vood shall convey to
tlie said Harry Richel
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
� said City. .
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of L;�nwood of
the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-three and Four/100 Dollars
(�?23.04) the P.4ayor ef the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
ori�ed and d.i^=^.t;ew `o e;c a deed o'.' conve�a_r_ce of cer-

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and tliat the City �
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City se�l of the City of Lynwood
� thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
5ection 3. That the �ayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behaTf of said City, nre hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
beha.lf of the said Citv of Lynv?ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the srzid consideration shall have been paid to
said City.; .
