Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lvn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Counc�l of the City of Lyn�vood has
heretofore, on the ` 14th day of October _, 194 3_ ac-
cepted the offer of Amos C. Dreher a.nd �eanette E. Dreher
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to cerzain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, deLermine and order as follocvs:
I Section 1. That the City of Lynyvood shall convey to �
the said Anoe C. Dreher znd�Jeanette E. Dreher, hueband
and wife as joint tenants
eaid property hereinafter described,` sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
� or greater title to said lands tYian.has been acq�,ire�i by
� sai3 City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City cf Lynlcoo3 of
the sum of' Two Thousand Five Hundred FiPty and No/100 Dollars
($�2,550.00) the DRa3•o_� cf the Cit;� of Lynwood is hereby auth-

on behalf of the said City of Lynu�ood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliv.er said deed to the grantee thereln named, on
behalf of the'said City of Lynvrood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said Ci ty.
• 5ection 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as followa, to wit:
South 45 feet of Lot 72, Lo*s 142 and 143, Tract
2551, as per map recorded in Book 24, Pages 78
and 80 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
