LYNWOOD, C_ALIr ORidIA REQUESTING APPROVAL OF STRE,ET
PROJECTS IIQ THE CITY CF LYNVi00D HY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY.
Be it resolved by the Git,y Council of the City of Lynwood,
as folloivs:
ti"tHEREAS, the Git;� of Lynwood, California is contemplating
the improvement of several etree�s as hereinafter mentioned for which
ttie. City does not have money sufficient to do s, aid work, and
W,HEREAS� THERE ARE gasoline tax funds over vrnich the

helping to pay the costs in connection with improvement of Streets

NOW, THE_REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lyn�vood that the streets upon vahich said improvements are to
be made are.as follows: _ ,

rock and oil pavement, on Carlin Avenue, between Santa Fe

Lynwood that the Honorable B,oard of Supervisors of the County of Los

frem gasoline tax funds or Yrom any other funds�available to the City

under Section 1680 of the Streeta a.nd Highway Code oY the State of

' BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City'
of Lynwood shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and
he is hereby directed to nrepare a duly certified and authenticated
copy of this.Resolution and mail it to the Honora.ble Eoard of
Supervisors of Los Angeles County, and to the Road Commissioner of
said County.
