Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California, as follows:
UJHEREA5, the City of Lynwood did on the lOth day of August,
1943 enter into an agreement �aith the County of Los Angeles for the
purchase of tax deeded prcperty in the City of Lynwood under the
provisione of Diviaion l, Part 6, Chapter 8, Article 1 2nd 2.of the
Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California, as a*nended,
and
lFTHEREA5, the City of Lynwood has sold the properties
described below,
N0�', THER�F'ORE, be it resolved by the City Couricil of the
City of Lynvrood as follows: , �
Section 1. That said properties c�ere sold to Helen R.
Maxwell, 814 Fidelity Bu.ilding, Loe Angeles 13, California.
Section 2. That the date of,said sale was June 15, 1943,
and the date of issuance of tne deed Yrom the City of Lynwood to
Helen R. Maxwell covering said propertiea v��ae on June 29, 1943.
Seetion 3. That the description of the propertiea sold
by the City of Lyn�!ood, the selling price thereof, and the e.;pense
incurred in sa.id sale, is as follows:

in payment of the proceeds of said sale, and that it be forwarded
to the Tax Collector of Los Angeles County.
Be it further resolved that the City C?erk shall certify
to the adoption of this Resoluticn ard he is hereb,y directed to
mail four (4) certified copies of sa.id Resolution to H. L. Byram,
Tax Collector of Los Angeles County, Los Angeles, California.
