A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY. .
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the City-owned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEREFORE bE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of
Leo E, Richardaon or r.4argaret Richardson
now on file with the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, wherein
. the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
descrlbed upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
respects made in accordance ��!ith the provisions of Resolution No�
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid was publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a --- regular meeting of the Clty Council�
upon the 7th day of December 1943 , is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described ,
in said bid are as follows, to caitc
Lot 1272, Tract 3335, as per map recorded
in Book 36, Page 42, of hRaps, Records of
Loa Angeles County, California
BE IT FURTHEk RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �750.00 , payable �125.00accom-
panying bid, and 18 equal monthly installnents of $34.73, plue
interest.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it 1s for the best Snterest
of the people of the City of Lynwood, Ca.lifornia, to sell said �
lands to said bidder for said purchase prlce in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid: �
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lande is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
o the Clty of Lynh�ood, California are hereby expressly author3zefl
to execute in duplicatei on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
