Be it resolved by t.ie City Council ef the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as foilowst
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the �6th day of November , 1943 ac-
cepted the offer of G. W. Clouse or W. E: Clouse
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to cerzain lar.ds lying within
said City;
NOw', THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said G. Y1. Clouae or �• �• �louse
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
stzid City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City cf iynitiood of'
the sum of Five Hundred Ten and No/One-hundredtha Dollara
(�510.00) the ?�.?ayor cf the Cit;� of Lynwood is hereby auth-
ori�e3 and �ireeteu ?:o ex�=cure a deed of conve�ar_ce of cer-

on behalf of the 3aid City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix ,the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Nlayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to,the grantee therein nAmed, on
behalf of the said Citv oP LynU�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
&ition that the said consideration she.11 have been paid to
said City, ,
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit;
Lots 29, 30, 31, Block 3, Mod�eska Park, as oer
map recorded in Book 9, Pages 142, 143 of Mapa,
Recorde of Loa Angelee County, California,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of � December , 194 3,
