Be it resolved by tYie CiCy Council of the City of L,vn-
wood, California, as fol•lows: ,
, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of. Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 16th day of November �, 194 3 ac-
- cepted the offer of G. W. Clouse or W. E. Clouse
Por the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
. the City of Lynwood in and to ceriain lands lying within
� said City;
- � NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does riereby resolve, determine and order as follotivs:
� Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to

� said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions, �
restrictions, reservations and eASements of record.
, Th�t the City shall convey to sald purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by

on behalf of the sald.City.of Lynwood, and tha.t the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said ,
deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That. the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on-behalf of said City, are hereby author3zed to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete th� tranafer of said
lande.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author-
` iZed to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
