Be it resolved by the City Cou.ncil cf the Cit�• of Lyn-
wood, California; as foilows:
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 30th day of No _, 1943 . ac-
cepted the offer of Howard G. Fullerton and Margaret
Fullerton
for the purcl of all of the rig:�t, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to ceriain lar.ds lying with'_n
said City;
NOW, TH�REFOP,E, the City Counci7. of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follovrs:
Section l. That the City of Ly mvood shal.l convey to
the said Howard G. Fullerton and 4dargaret Fullerton,
husband and wife as ,joint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.

That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said �ands than has been acquired by
Said City, .
Section 2. That upon payment to the City cf L.;�nwood of
the sum of Six Hundred Fifty and No/One-hundredthe Dollara
(�5650.00) the P�ayor ef the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-

on behalf of the said City of Lynurood, and that the City

Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City �,eal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City, �
on behalf of said City, Are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to comple'te the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4; 'PhAt the City. Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee thereln named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as,.or upon con-
- 8ltion that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City,
