Be it resolvec'. by the C':ty Cou.ncil cf the City of Lvn-
wood, California, as foilows:
WHEREAS, the City Counc�l of the City of Lyrr�ood has
heretofore, on the 16th day of November _, 194 S_ ac-
cepted the offer of Frank R. Limber and Maaine Limber
for the purclk�se of all of the rig:�t, title and interest of
the City o,f Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
, NOW, THERErOP,E, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does heneby resolve, detiermine and order as follows:
Section l, That the City of Ly mvood shall convey to
the said Frank F. Limber and �axine Limber, husband and
wife ae joint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to .conditions,
restrictions, re,ervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acqu?red by
sai3 City,
Se�tion 2. That upon payment to the City cf Ly:iysood of
the svm of Three Hundred Twenty-five and No/lOC Dollars
($325.00) the P�4a��o_• �f the City� of i,ynwood is hereby auth-

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby author�zed to attest said
deed and to affix the City ceal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agrieement necessary to complete.the transfer of said
lands,
Section 4. That the City,Clerk of said City is author�
ized to deliver said deed to the gr8ntee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynvaood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by thie agreement is
described as follows, to wit; ,
Lot 108, Tract 2551, ea'per map recorded in Book 24,
Pages 78 and SO,of DGape, Records of Loe Angelea •
County, California.
