Be it resolved by the City Cou.ncil ef the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as foilows:
' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynweod has
heretofore, on the 22nd day of _ P_4exch _, 194 3 ac-
cepted the offer of Lewie Muaumeci '
for the purcl�se of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying with5n
� said City;
NOW, TH�REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as fol.lows:
Section 1. That the City of Ly rnvood shall convey to
the said Lewis Musumeci
eaid property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record,

That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands tYian has been acquired b

5ection 2, That upon payment to the City cf Lrnu;ood of'
the sum of One Hundred Twenty-five and No/One-hundredtha Dollars

Clerk of sa.id City is herebq author�zed to attest said
deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on:behalf of the said City of Lvnwood.
Section �3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands, •
